Service Agreement

All pest control services are provided based on inspection findings and agreed service plans. Results may vary depending on pest type, property condition, and environmental factors.

Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing access to treatment areas

• Completing preparation instructions when required

Failure to prepare may affect treatment results.

Warranties & Guarantees

Warranty options may be available depending on the service provided. No warranty is implied unless stated in writing.

Safety & Liability

Pest Pro Exterminator is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property conditions

• Structural issues

• Pest activity caused by conditions outside our control

Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed appointments may be subject to service charges.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
